About Us

The ADHD Skills Centre is located in Vancouver, British Columbia on the unceded land of the shíshálh and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nations.

It is led by Psychiatrist Dr. Elisabeth Baerg Hall. Trained as a family physician and practicing psychiatry for over 25 years, she is a recognized innovator in the ADHD community. Her passion is to unlock the strengths of adults with ADHD, specializing in assessment and treatment of healthcare professionals and executives with ADHD. Dr. Hall is a Clinical Professor, Psychiatry, UBC, founding Director of the Vancouver Coastal Health Adult ADHD Clinic and a Board Member of CADDRA (Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance).

Collaborating with Dr. Hall is Dr. Candice Murray a Registered Psychologist whose practice focuses on ADHD/ADD in children, teenagers, and adults. Dr. Murray has worked in the Provincial ADHD Program at B.C Children’s Hospital for over 20 years and is a former Director of the program. She is also a Clinical Instructor in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. ​

The ADHD Skills Builder Program was built with the generous support of the James Family Foundation, who have been supporting the development of adult ADHD programs and clinics in British Columbia, Canada for over 15 Years .

The program was developed and influenced by many adults with ADHD, as well as psychiatrists, psychologists and clinical counsellors who actively support this population.
